This is Dr. Terry Fairfield's recipe for garlic food to treat internal parasites:

  • Use 1/2 pound of fish fillets (he suggested pollack - I used catfish)
  • 1/2 pound baby food (green beans, carrots,squash....)
  • 1/8 pound raw shrimp (this is the glue)

Put all of this in the blender and add 0.1% of garlic by the weight of 1 pound. Use minced garlic. The mix should look like vomit (Terry's words - not mine, but I love his accurate description :) !) Spoon the mix into a ziplock. Flatten it out to 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. Lay it flat in the freezer. After it freezes use a knife to scrape off small slivers into the water. The fish love this food. I think you feed it for two weeks, but I don't have the time in my notes. This is very easy to make.
